2. Creator Applications

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee a brand collaboration. ScaleviaX reviews all applications and matches creators based on campaign requirements.

3. Brand Applications

Brand submissions are reviewed individually. ScaleviaX reserves the right to accept or decline any brand request based on relevance and campaign fit.

4. Campaign Participation

Once a creator is selected for a campaign, the deliverables, timeline and content requirements will be communicated. Creators are expected to deliver content as agreed.

5. Content Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the content they publish. Brands are responsible for providing accurate product and campaign information.

6. Payments

Commercial terms for each collaboration are discussed and agreed upon separately between the brand, creator and ScaleviaX where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to ScaleviaX Media. Campaign content created by creators remains the creator's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellation

Either party may request cancellation of a campaign before content goes live, subject to the terms agreed during the briefing stage.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScaleviaX acts as a collaboration platform. We are not liable for disputes arising directly between creators and brands beyond our coordination role.

10. General

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
